General terms

1. For purchased Trovemat ATMs, by accepting these terms you also accept Trovemat Software Licensing Agreement (EULA) and Trovemat Product Warranty Policy (Warranty).
2. Any product sold on this website falls under Return and Refund Policy.

Shipping and handling

1. All products on this website are subject to Shipping and Handling Terms.
2. We ship products less than or equal to 10 Kg by DHL Express or any comparable express courier to your door.
3. Product more than 10 Kg are being shipped by DHL Freight or any other comparable cargo shipping company to your nearest international airport.
4. Import customs clearance (including duties and taxes) is responsibility of buyer and not included in shipping costs.
5. Export customs clearance (including duties and taxes) is responsibility of seller and included in shipping costs.
6. Products less than or equal to 10 Kg are always processed and handled to shipping within 2 days after payment; shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
7. Products more than 10 Kg are processed. prepared and handled to shipping within 20 days after payment; shipping may take up to 3 weeks.
8. Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
