Return and refund policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we can help.

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING TO US UNTIL WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR RETURN BY EMAIL

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including original packaging.

After our team will review your request (it takes 2 working days), we will get in touch with you.

Returned units should be properly packaged to avoid damage using shipping process.

Damaged/disassembled/tampered units will result in refund being cancelled.

Refunds are issued upon arrival and inspection of returned units.

We have a list of authorized warehouses you can send returns to that will be sent to you by email, returns to unauthorized warehouses will not be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
